Use this form to send an order to the Club's supplier of clothing merchandise. The supplier will review your order and send you an invoice that includes delivery fees (typically $11.25 for most destinations in Ontario for typical order quantities). To complete the order, you must pay the supplier when he sends you an electronic invoice. Payment instructions will be included with the invoice. The club does not process orders. The supplier does.
